Thank you for your support of the 15th Annual Foundation Silent Auction! In total, 416 individuals participated with 1,811 bids, raising more than $19,000 for the Affinity Plus Foundation. Frequently Asked Questions
How do I bid on items?
Once the auction is open for bidding, you'll create an online bidding profile using your contact and payment information on the auction website. When you're logged into your bidding account, you'll just have to find the item(s) you'd like to bid on and click on the "Place My Bid" button.
How will I be notified of items I’ve won?
Winning bidders will be notified by email after the close of the auction.
How can I pay for the items I’ve won?
Based on bidder feedback, payment will be collected by credit or debit card for all items.
When will I receive the items I've won?
Items will be sent to winners via UPS as soon as possible, with the goal of shipping items within one week of auction closing. (A handful of items cannot be shipped due to size and/or content and have been designated as “branch pick-up only.” Pick-up information is included in the item descriptions.) For items to be shipped, shipping costs were included in the fair market value of the items.
How is the money used that's raised from the Silent Auction?
Proceeds from the Affinity Plus Foundation Silent Auction support grant and college scholarship programs for members and organizations across the state of Minnesota in accordance with the Foundation’s mission.
